What this service covers
LS Ads Desk handles the paid side of getting inquiries: search ads on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, paid social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager, the landing pages and forms those ads point to, and the tracking that shows which ad produced which inquiry. You keep ownership of every account. The work covers setup, day-to-day management and a written report on a schedule you agree. What it does not cover is the outcome. The ad platforms run the auctions and your buyers decide whether to get in touch, so nobody can promise a number of inquiries. What you can expect is a clear account structure, tracking you can check yourself, and someone looking after the campaigns between reports.
Choosing where to start
If people already search for what you sell, search ads are usually the first thing to look at, since you can bid on those searches. If buyers rarely search but can be reached by job title, industry or interest, paid social on Meta or LinkedIn may fit better. Whichever channel you use, ads need somewhere to send people, which is where landing pages and forms come in. And if you cannot tell today which inquiries came from which ad, start with lead tracking and follow-up before spending more.
Paid search
Account audits, campaign structure and weekly upkeep for Google and Microsoft search ads, with a short report you can read quickly.
Feed advertising
Ads in social feeds for people who were not searching yet. A partner plans the creative, audiences and tracking.
Landing pages
Pages written and built to match each campaign, on a tool you can edit later, checked on mobile before traffic arrives.
Tracking audits
A check of what your tags count today, what they miss and what they count twice, with a written list of fixes.
From form to first conversation
The opening steps are short and mostly about information.
- Fill in the form. Mention your industry, who you sell to and any campaigns already running.
- Your request is forwarded to a service partner that does paid ads and tracking work.
- The partner asks for anything missing, such as current monthly ad spend or the CRM you use.
- A scoping conversation follows, and the partner sends a quote with the work listed out.
Factors that change the scope
Quotes vary because the work varies. These are the things that move it most:
- Number of ad platforms: Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn.
- Number of campaigns, products or customer groups to cover.
- Whether landing pages exist or need building, and how many.
- Tracking: form fills only, or also calls, chat, CRM stages and offline sales.
- Whether existing accounts need cleanup before new work starts.
- Reporting cadence and format.
Ad spend is outside the quote. You pay it to the platforms.
Common questions
Who owns the ad accounts?
You should. The usual practice is that ad accounts, analytics properties, tag containers and landing page domains are created under your business, with the service partner added as a user. That way the history and data stay with you if the arrangement ends. Ask for this in writing before any account is set up.
How do I end the arrangement?
Give the notice set out in your agreement. Before the end date, confirm you have admin access to every ad account, analytics property, tag container and page builder, then remove the partner's user access. Ask that landing pages and tracking keep running or be handed over. A good proposal explains this exit process up front.
How is the management fee usually set?
Common models are a flat monthly fee, a fee that scales with ad spend, or a project fee for setup work. What drives it is the number of channels and campaigns, how many landing pages are involved, how involved the tracking is, and how often you want reports and calls. Ask what is included and what costs extra.
Does this site sell leads or contact lists?
No. The services here build and run advertising in your own accounts, so inquiries come to you directly from people who saw your ads. Nothing on this site sells contact lists, shared leads or data gathered from other sources.
Which ad platforms are covered?
Requests usually involve Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising for search, and Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager for paid social. Tracking typically runs through GA4 and Google Tag Manager, with leads passed to a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive. Mention any other platform you use in your request.
